She loves that she can play an integral role in helping clients into property because it’s such a fundamental purchase and a big occasion in people’s lives. She finds it rewarding to be able to guide clients through what can be an emotionally and financially trying time, leading them through the process with minimum stress. Alycia provides insightful advice that you can trust and rely on, presenting clients with a carefully determined suite of tailored investment and home finance solutions perfect suited to individual needs. Previously a tax analyst at Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu, Alycia has a wealth of financial and analytical expertise which is of enormous advantage to her clients. Having completed a Bachelor of Commerce and Masters of Commerce at the University of Sydney, she has both a sound theoretical and practical understanding of economics and the housing finance market.
Marissa is born and bred in Melbourne but moved to Sydney after completing a double degree in Business and Information Systems in 2001. Her finance career was off to a great start, working with the team at Wizard home loans in 2003, before establishing herself as an independent mortgage broker. All the while, completing her Grad Dip in Financial Planning with the 'Securities Institute of Australia'.
Marissa heads up the Melbourne office of Inglis and Rock and is now one of the most reputable brokers in the eastern suburbs, and has achieved this status through a wealth of knowledge and personal integrity.
Her personal, friendly character, enthusiasm for helping others and the individual, unique attention she provides each client are the main characteristics of her success!
