My first meeting with Marissa was a little over two years ago and I was quite impressed by the way she not only presented the products but also the way she presented herself i.e. punctual and with a resume, which was obviously written by a person with a background in business. Marissa wasn't the only one I met regarding housing loans, I did meet with reps from other lenders eg Aussie, RAMS and one or two others, some of which were selling the same products as Marissa, but I went with Marissa as her approach was much more professional and personal than the others.
